Summary: We were in building 5 that was getting a new roof which we knew that construction work was happening when we book. We were not advised that we wouldn’t be allowed to use our balcony for our full stay. When we looked out to the balcony it was covered in building rubble. The stairs in the building was also covered in building rubble and black dust was constantly coming in the main door to the apartment. We also encountered loud banging during working hours. This block should have been closed to bookings during construction
